Hibachi House Buffet - Amsterdam

Eating was really good, clean restaurant that offers a very large selection.

My wife and I love it. It is local for us, convenient, the food is good and the staff is friendly. Only a little small with limited selection.

I really enjoy this place. It is my go to place for eating out, they have a nice variety of both hot and cold food both Chinese and American. They also have a great Sushi bar. So glad that they are open again.

Chinese buffet was not bad at all! Overall, I thought it was a 7/10, but definitely clean and some of the dishes were very good. Recommended coconut shrimp, Mongolian pork and green beans. There is a good selection of foods; 5 “Buffets” of food. Seafood included were cold shells and eating shrimps (shrimp cocktail), raw shells on the half shell and mini-clams. I avoided shellfish, but the other seafood was fresh and good. The buffet also includes sushi and Maki rolls I didn't think the actual sushi fish looked fresh so I avoided it. But the reels were all cooked except 1 tuna roll, and all the reels were very good. You can also order seafood cook for a separate price, including crab legs! You also have the possibility to make a custom fresh rice or lo my bowl/table, and this is included in the buffet price! The staff was very nice, and the cleaning throughout the time we were there, keeping buffet stations clean and food refreshed if necessary. Our waitress has refilled our drinks accordingly and actually offered to take our bill forward for us what I appreciated. I left a good tip. Fresh fruit and a few dessert selections are available at the buffet. Also choose 8 hard ice flavors! For $15.99, definitely worth it occasionally. We're coming back!
