"Dunkin is fine as a chain, but this specific store is really a problem. Same problems as others- the staff is always acting extremely rude and full of attitude. I literally just asked where the other part of my mobile order was politely and the girl treated me like I just walked in and was complaining to the manager. They are also out of stuff constantly even first thing in the morning. Go to one of the 4 other Dunkin’s in the city."

"First of all I am very disappointed with this restaurant they served me beef fried rice with human hair it was bad , then they gave me old food I called they came to fast the half of chicken was refried and the egg rolls soaked in grease Food was awful went to Sleep with out eating. Then after I called them they said next time you order we will send you a pint of beef fried rice . He didn?t have Courtesy but that was my dinner and he didn?t say I?ll bring you a dinner tonight he was unthoughtful no professional that?s my bad experience from yesterday ordering at 5 pm they came fast food taste old to be honest. This was January 18 2022"

"Before Covid the food was good, a touch pricey, and staff was friendly. FORGET ABOUT THAT NOW… not only did they discontinue my favorite sandwich, everything has jumped in price and quality of food has face planted to a whole new low. I can justify the price increase if the quality had remained the same but the way it is now, I simply can’t justify spending over $15 for lunch (for only ONE person). Kitchen staff was loudly and rudely yelling at each other about “I need this” and “that’s not MY job to do that”… it made sitting in restaurant an unpleasant experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon."

"Went in around 7:15 tonight, there was about 2 people in front of my party, and the one employee cutting the meats received an online order, and his attitude changed, because of it. He threw around the meats and cheeses, did everything in a hurry and was smashing things. We left because of his attitude. Was really looking forward to subs from Jersey Mike’s, but this employees attitude made us every uncomfortable."

"I never like to leave negative reviews but the last two times I’ve visited this location and it hasn’t the best. First time the Mac n cheese was nasty and the next time the orders were incorrect. "Awesome Western Themed BBQ Spot. The outside is decorated with lots of fun old West themes ornaments and statues and the interior has even more. Cowboy statues, stuffed animals and weapons galore. It's really an amazing atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and recommended some of their favorites. We got the BBQ Rib Sandwich and the burned end sandwich. Both were AMAZING! The meat was tender and the sauces were delicious. Everyone came with a choice of one side and one piece of cornbread. We had the Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. The Mac and the cheese were creamy and delicious. You also have meat from the pound to go. From Baby Back Ribs to pork and cattle breeze. We came to a whim while driving through Albany towards Route 87, but we will definitely be back when we are in the area. Stop when you're in the area. They won't be disappointed. ?"
