It's such a lovely cosy bar with friendly chatty staff. A beautiful warm stove that becons you to sit down and relax.

The atmosphere is great.. top quality Guinness beer... as well as the other rich selection of food... I really had a good time with the company playing billiard...

Hug je super. Osoblje je ljubazno, a hranu nismo probali vec samo kriglu piva koje je vrhunsko!

"My husband and I were here for our anniversary trip. We loved the beef vegetable soup and shared a piece of Guinness Chocolate cake. That was so fantastic we stopped back for another piece! The whole place just drips with charm and the food is so good, I’m bringing my son in 2019!"

"Nice base for Connemara day tripping. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and went out of their way to help but they were a bit thin on the ground at times (but I know it’s been hard to get staff due to Covid) The room was clean and reasonable size but with no A/C it meant leaving relatively small window open all night which was a little noisy as the hotel is right beside a main road. The power from the shower was phenomenal and the bath filled up in no time. The menu at the restaurant was quite limited and seemed to get smaller each night we were there and it seemed quite expensive, which probably explained why it was mostly empty. Overall it had the feel of a place re-finding its feet during a difficult time. I’m sure once things get back to normal it’ll be a lovely spot!"
