What Steven Marterer likes about 13moons:
The food is always outstanding. This is a very expensive restaurant but the quality makes you want to come back. The one thing I would like to see is the bare walls decorated with Swinomish tribal art to add to the great food. It feels a bit drab with absolutely nothing on the dining area walls. We called them and they told us we didn 't need a reservation. So we drove for an hour with my whole family to celebrate my wife 's birthday. When we got there, the receptionist told us that we needed to have a reservation. We explained to her that we did call. She said sorry we are fully booked for the evening.
