Contribute Feedback What Don Rich likes about Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store:
Store is always clean and never have to wait long for service. I generally go there for milk (love the 2 for $6 sale) and for sugar free pint size ice cream (also love the 2 for $7 sale). What I like most about Braums is they don't use hormones and etc. in their products; it's much more healthy than other brands from other stores. Worst customer service I have experienced to date. The manager's name tag read the GOAT!!! No actual name just this!!! Several employees and the manager walked past us many times never taking our order or checking to see if we needed help. Food was warm to cold. The place looks filthy!! Needs a good sanitation. You have a nice selection of food in the food department. The new building is much better, but I think they could have given more space to the dining room. I regularly go here and the dining room seems to be creepy.
Was delicious... only the best place to get frits and ice cream. The Johnson Flute is so attentive and instant. Very apologetic and prompt with a beautiful inviting smile. Now the manager is something else...
Don't tell anyone. But I'd rather eat at Braum than at any other place in Anadarko. The staff is very friendly and the food is always hot and the service is great. Will be back. Customers of Cyril, OK
Braum 's doesn't get as much attention as other 'Kette '' restaurants. It should be an example of 'what to do'! Your prices are fair. Your facilities are clean, including toilets. Your staff is patient and friendly to ALL customers (that we have observed in various US states). We LOVE Braum 's the ice.
