It's upsetting that they ALWAYS make you wait outside during a drive thru. I come here regularly because of work but regret every single time. If you're in a hurry DO NOT come here. Plus customer service is awful.

They are open late, they honored the 2 forn1 deal on the western bacon cheeseburger before when other Carl's Juniors wouldn't. The food was good customer service was good.

I'm doing door dash at night less traffic. They Have a big sign on the window open 24 hours Thursday Sunday but they also have a little sign high above drive thru window saying Monday Thursday open 6a 12a. There were people in the store ignoring too. Very confusing about your hours and they need to be posted clearly at eye level. We're not all 10 feet tall.

This Carl 's Jr took 10 minutes to even come to the front staring right at us and didn 't come take our order till we asked FOUR times to order. Then when we finally asked the fourth time the girl in the back said: oh yea.. and then put her phone in her pocket and gave attitude the whole time. The place was dirty. There was a broom left out as if someone was cleaning and never came back to finish. The tables were covered in food, trash, and one was even covered in cigar ash. There was one table semi clean that we clean off our selves to sit down at. Asked for sauce, and the worker rolled their eyes at me.

Hi, I walked into this restaurant on a relatively slow day, it was very clean. Calm holiday tunes playing in the background Efficient service. I tried the Beyond BBQ burger, thank you! Armando served me with a very pleasant attitude. Great service. Will return :
