The best tacos in town, and one of the most welcoming establishments. I Do not speak much Spanish, and the gentleman who always rings us up, is kind, respectful, and even teaches me Spanish by trying to tell him my order in Spanish. Great family owned restaurant. Like I said THE BEST STREET TACOS IN TOWN. View all feedback.
What mauricio hernandez doesn't like about El Camino Market Taqueria Gonzalez:
Came here because of the reviews but when I walked in the cook was looking at her phone she then walked over to to the flat top and flip the tortilla without washing her hands. Sorry no thanks! View all feedback.

El Camino Real Market, despite Yelp's declaration, is actually open. Not sure if there was a change of ownership lately, or a misreport, but it's open, and anyone looking for good, simple but tasty Mexican food at a great price is in for a treat. Pros: Great portions, great service, great price Wide variety of items, including some unique meats that arent' commonly seen. Easy to Park Cons: Don't expect anything fancy. The place is very casual. El Camino Real Market is a small unassuming storefront but boasts an extensive menu of Mexican foods, including soups, tacos, pambasos and other items you normally wouldn't see. Service is fast and friendly, and portion sizes are great. Everything is made in house and even the regular burritos are nice and grilled so the tortilla is nice and crisp. They even offer handmade tortillas for their amazing tacos. But let's talk about that Cubana. It's got a little bit of everything and delivers a huge amount of flavor and texture with each bite. Carne asada, Milanesa, chicken, ham, hot dog, cheese, avocado, beans, and more all on a soft roll. Let's be clear: a torta Cubana is not healthy food. What it is, is a sort of indulgence that we so rarely allow ourselves these days. This sandwich is salty, greasy joy that you'll regret a little later but thoroughly enjoy in the moment. The crispy, freshly fried Milanesa (fried beef) adds the perfect crunch on an already meaty sandwich. This is what you want on a cheat day on your diet. Be warned that it's a little on the salty side, so you may want to get a drink with this baby. Overall, you'll find that El Camino Real Market isn't going to be the fanciest place, but you will find that the service, prices, and flavors are all amazing. Its definitely worth a visit.
