How can you say you are a meat market, when your asado is untrimmed, fatty, and awful quality with large sections of pure fat?? So much fat, how can you bbq with that? Tried many times to buy, very disappointed at quality and choice of asado. Picanha and chorizo are fine but please work on your asado sourcing.
