The food was great as expected. What impressed me though was the excellent customer service that I received. Karen the person behind the counter was polite and professional. I know this business and to greet someone with a genuine smile and happy attitude is not easy when she was obviously multitasking to assist several customers. Outstanding. Very impressed. The staff were great. Manager is extremely rude and stingy. Every time I go there is something that needs to be refilled and to be shortened to my amount of chicken compared to other flame brothers. View all feedback.
