We had a corporate event in this resort...It was an amazing experience for me. The nature of staff and quality of food was very good. The Theppakulam is a gracious place. I wish the My Village Resort team to continue the same quality. I was there last week, and it was the worst experience ever. The wifi in my room wasn't working, and when I asked at the reception, they said that no one was working on it. However, it worked in another room. Additionally, the milk powder packet had expired, and there was fungus on the toilet ladder.
