Not many options vegan and GF but at least you can eat... so you should be happy :

I really wanted to love this place. The soup was bland and the sandwich was mediocre at best. They do offer smoothies and wheatgrass, which is a plus.

"Instead of a birthday cake that no one ever wants to eat, I decided to do a macaron tower from Sweet Caribou and boy was that a hit! Not only that, the customer service was outstanding and everyone really made me feel my business was important to them. You can also tell how passionate they are about their macarons and other culinary offerings. That kind of pride translates into an all around amazing experience from order to bite after yummy bite! I'm definitely forgoing a cake from now on and just using Sweet Caribou as my provider of sweets and treats!"

"Originally planned to eat at Snow City Cafe. The wait was 70 mins. As we were waiting we noticed a food truck right across and decided to just walk over and check the menu out. Got the pork street tacos and burrito and they did NOT disappoint. Were only here in Anchorage to catch a flight so can't really compare to anything else here but they SO GOOD! The you woman taking out order was VERY sweet and pleasant."
