Cold Stone Creamery - Anchorage

Pretty rude staff. all inside seats. we went there with a group and it poured rain. kicked us out as soon as our order was done.

The children there were incredibly rude, we took a few extra minutes and left the people behind us order, and they caught us and rolled up there asking when we order, my wife was on an important call and we made sure to stand away to allow others to order first and took 3 etlxtra minutes. there was no line and they were not close. we're going back.

Eis was good and it was very busy, but employees were a little short with customers. there were no seats and they didn't want them to wait for their party to go through the line.

The ice cream is super good. The place was packed and I went during the evening. The young girls working were rock stars, very hard working.

Friendly staff, customer service can be faster to avoid long wait. I had the strawberry mango banana sorbet, taste great with raspberry fruit topping! Long lines at 9pm at night. Wish they could corporate some local flavors.
