I 've been to New Orleans 3 times. Do I expect it to be as good? Of course not. But I do expect the gumbo to not be burnt. Ordered the chicken gumbo on 7/8/23 at 12:54 pm, order #3003. To go order. It was just awful. Looked burnt and tasted burnt. It was their special and I suspect they were just trying to get rid of a bad batch on the to go orders.
