Older than the State of Alaska itself this is a superb Mexican restaurant. The menu choices are large. Not on the menu is a wide assortment of available beer, including on tap for $7.95. Just ask. Senior meals are priced at less than $10. So why is it not crowded when so many are right now? Perhaps because one doesn 't think Mexican food when they visit Anchorage? Went for diner tonite.had chips and salsa put down on table asap. With refills. Ordered two enchiladas but had to skip the beans as it was made with lard. Hard to believe restaurants still use lard??had rice and a big salad. Margarita was so so but drank it anyway. Average meal, average service. View all feedback.
