service was great. our server was amazing and patient (I am very indecision with strange queries and havnt was seated immediately in a long time. very comfortable atmosphere. eating was as great as our service. a tropical drop ordered and it was delicious View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Los Arcos:
I'd give a 0 if I could. literally terrible service. we were barely checked. it took forever to get our order. the food was not so good. Wait for ever until the server came to our table so that we could get our bag. and to finish everything, they cost our meals to our friends and our friends to us. I don't know how they can screw this up because we have our cards with the right ticket. I'm never back. View all feedback.
