the ice is not the problem, it is only the service. Sometimes you get great ice, sometimes you get bad ice, it really depends on who you are doing ice. I think alona makes the best, but if she's not here, I'm not going in. the portion size of the ice is very uneven, depending on who makes her ice tasty.
