I had heard about this truck when I arrived for work 3 months back. Finally caught it in Girdwood. Line was long, and so was the wait for food, which is a positive thing when the product is quality. Mountain pupusa was spot on, complete with escabeche and fire. Having grown up in metro DC, around Salvadorans, I know a good pupusa. This place is doing it right. I hope to try the pork diablada and elote next time! View all feedback.
The food is sooo delicious. They had GF tres lèche as well tonight. Took a while seems they prepared for each order. It was worth the wait.
Asked and they said they have nothing that contains gluten unless they have cake on hand (which isn’t made in the truck). The food was tasty.
