I am a bun Bo hue addict. Regular pho just isn't spicy or interesting enough for me and unfortunately bun Bo hue is not a ubiquitous dish. I had nearly given up home in Anchorage until I decided to give this spicy pho dish a try. OmG it knocks your taste buds out the park! I ordered beef fried rice. It was overpriced for quality and the quantity. Very bland. My experience might have been different had I stayed with pho. In my opinion they should stick to a menu they know they'll do a good job with. View all feedback.
