I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and it’s almost always been a good experience. The last few weekends however I get here at 8:50 because they’re supposed to open at 9 once again it’s now 9:40 the place is still dark. Wanted to come on here and share the amazing Service I got. A lady there named Hillary is always so sweet and helpful. She knows most of the customers by name. She’s the reason I get my laundry service here!!! Hillary deserves a raise!!
I got weathered in and had to do laundry so glad I found them! Clean, pleasant, great lattes, and a nice place to set up and work or watch a movie or whatever while your laundry does its thing. Machines all looked brand new, and use a convenient pay kiosk rather than coins. Next time I need to do laundry in Anchorage, I know where I'll go!

The washing machines have soap already in them for what you’re paying and inflation is on the rise. Nice clean place to do laundry, knock on wood. Hopefully it doesn’t change because I have a good review.
I like the fact they have decent wifi which is a must if you are using their app to use their machines. I do use their app to use their washers and dryers and that way I don't have to worry about carrying money with me to do laundry. I just scan the machine I am going to use select the settings and push start. I get an alert when it is almost finished...just wish they had a larger space, seems more and more crowded and less machine availability. Though still worth it for the price and machine quality. Also if you are craving a snack or drink they have coffee or smoothies bags and snack cakes etc for purchase.
