"Had dinner at turnagain armpit Anchorage Alaska. Nice place, clean, service was a bit slow but the food was great. Will definitely come again before I leave Alaska. Had the curly fries with the BBQ ribs off of the appetizers section of the menu. Little price for just three ribs but most things in Alaska go for a bit more than they should most days. They were cooked well, seasoned and the presentation was nice. Server/waiter was a nice guy, just slow also assumed our entire table of 8 was on one bill. We straightened it out just took a little extra time. Experience started off great and ended with being just good. The place wasn't busy at all, seating wasn't an issue and neither was ambiance. Nice large flat screen in the dining and bar areas. Ambiance music the entire time wasn't too loud or obnoxious. I do recommend this place."

"Easily 5 stars! We have fantastic dinner: crab cakes were the best I’ve ever tried in Alaska! We both had Cattle Bottom steak was cooked to perfection! Our hostess, Belen, was very polite and attentive, yet not in our faces a perfect ninja! We highly recommend this cozy place!"

"The Dirty Skillet is our favorite restaurant in Hope! The menu is creative and the food is ALWAYS deliciously prepared. They offer a wide variety of local drinks for adults. Our server was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10, will eat there every time we are in Hope!"

"Here after a day of fishing. have eaten (closed) on an anchor, but this is the original. the personal is super friendly and funny. there were only three people who traveled the place and they were thrilled to make him a great experience. I like her barbeque because he's dry. This time I tried something new. fresh deep roasted blackening! If you like chicaronies, try that. They come from the frit fresh and hot, still popping and cracking! so much fun to eat. will be safe again!"
