When I asked what could be vegan, I was told, "you just tell me what you want, and the kitchen will make it for you without a fish sauce, no ice." It was really just that simple and “vegan” was understood clearly. I asked for suggestions, and I put myself down with tofu on the Panang-Curry. we have fresh veggie spring rolls and pad thai. the spring rolls were $12 for 4 of them and they were literally only romain and some noodles. pretty embarrassing. the pad thai was not terrible, but nothing special. it was a good size portion, but not much taste. it was also an excessive amount of waste for taking. it was tied into two plastic bags and then the spring rolls were packed saran in the container with 4 sm...
