What User doesn't like about Silk Restaurant Sushi Bar:
We have ate here before and it was good but this time mediocre. Dine-in, not very busy. Ordered Mongolian beef, Sesame chicken and egg rolls. Beef came out pretty quick. Waited and waited for chicken and egg rolls. Asked twice. Finally got chicken and still no egg rolls. We were there over 1 hour and a half. Take out seems to get priority. View all feedback.
Amazing food, atmosphere and staff. Finally found a great sushi place. Will most definitely go back!
Service was awesome!! We loved getting greeted by staff when we walked in the door. We have never had bad food or bad service here!! Food was hot and fresh!!

Had a great lunch with my family there! Clyde hyung and Esther nuna always treat us like family and sushi was on point! If y’all want a roll I recommend the Ruby Shyne, for nigiri, Silk’s unagi was AMAZING!!! I even got to experience their newest appetizer item called “the mini tower.” The artistic item included some of my favorites such as house crab mix, spicy tuna, Japanese seaweed, tempura flakes, and was all held by sushi rice on the bottom! Silk’s presentation and customer service is what’s going to make us all come back!!! Thank you SILK family for giving us Alaskans a taste of top notch sushi game !!!
