My family and I had a very different experience than the other low star reviews. The manager is awesome. I found the place to be pretty clean. Yes, there are homeless that buy food here. We ordered off the value menu and it was just fine. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Bless the hearts of the staff, but this restaurant was underestimated, slow and dirty. The workers really tried and still delivered service with a smile, but WOW. I went where I wanted to dive, but changed my mind after seeing the state of the dining room. I don't want to see how the kitchen looked. View all feedback.
I got the frosty key tag too. Free mini frosties for a year. It doesn't matter which wendys that I go to I always get great service!
Why would I go to Wendy's nearly every day? It mainly because of price and speed, It's not really good but it's ok. I get a baked potato with extra butter and sour cream. Along with a small chili. In view of the above comments I can recommend esp if your in a hurry.
It's a Wendy's. Square burgers on round buns. Semi-clean by a somewhat uninterested staff. Ok in an emergency only.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was served quickly. It was hot and good. Getting into the parking lot is a little bit of a trick. For those of us from the lower 48 the 4 for $4 is 4 for $6 in Alaska. But that is OK because it is still a good deal.
I normally do not eat at fast food places. I arrived in town late and wanted to pick up something and go to my hotel, Wendy’s was on the way.. Went through drive up and got some type of a bacon cheese burger......I can say it was perfectly cooked, tasty, hot....great burger really hit the spot
