I was quite happy and curious to go this restaurant because a specific, traditional dish had been sponsored on TV: pasta with moscioli tomato sauce. We had a few great meals in the restaurant of hotel Emilia (not to be confused with Ristorante Emilia that this review is about). Today, our last night we decided to change the restaurant and went to Ristorante Emilia for dinner. What a mistake, all dishes were very over salted.
