it was self-service, but when we tried to order 2 out of 3 decisions were not available, so we had to rethink what we wanted to eat. Eating was average, but that's okay. I asked if I could buy the glass my beer came (it had a cute design and I prefer such dings to buy over sticky souvenirs), but she gave me a very strange look and said no, very disappointing.
