Overall, this is a good Zaxby's. I give 4 stars for service because the CSR that is always on the register is so nice. The atmosphere is 4 stars as well. I give that 4 stars because the other employees make sure the job gets done, but they don't have good communication skills whatsoever. It is disappointing but they have good food so I go there. Meal almost completed. Sitting there observing. Watched a young male talking with a woman. That’s okay but he proceeded to apply lotion all over his face, around his mouth, and neck.
