Little Caesars Pizza - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
My wife sat in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes. When she was in the window, a woman inside ordered 17 hot and finished pizzas to completely clean the branch. Then they told my wife she had to wait 30 minutes. Is there no restriction during peak hours, how many pizzas you can spend on a customer while waiting for tons? Absolutely ridiculous. I've been to this little Caesar pizza a lot. Sometimes the staff is nice, sometimes the staff is somewhat rude, sometimes the pizza is good, how really good), and sometimes it is not good.
