"Frankly, I don?t know how they could ever get less than four stars. We have been treated and fed like family. Our usual waitress, Ashley, remembers our names and makes the visit memorable for us every time. The food: one of the best crispy batters I?ve ever tasted. The appetizers are always enough and always fresh. They make the tastiest Arny Palmer. I had never ordered fried chicken livers before, and that is now my favorite dish. I?ve had their fried chicken and it?s crispy and juicy. The Cole slaw is not peppery or too wet. You?ll like the way and relaxed atmosphere. Tables are usually available and parking is plentiful. They remodeled some months ago. Expect a Southern treat."

"Today (9-24) for lunch with friends. it was not busy yet, but it took about 45 minutes to get our meals. two ordered lasagna and both were not the same size....a had a huge piece and the other one a small piece and for the same price. I had shrimp scampi........it had no taste. it was only warm when I got it and everything it had for the season was butter that began to harden. the garnels were also hard and chewing. there was no oil and no garlic, so it was very dirty. the angel hair pasta was far from being angel hair. we also ordered all the broccoli and cheese soup, which was only warm when we got it. our waitress hope was pleasant and social. I noticed the price point says 2 but our meals ran between 14-17, which is more than 2. I have no interest in coming back when there are many Italian restaurants that have delicious food. I wonder what they would do if they were actually busy working all the tables."

"Todd O was very rude and did not have good customer service basically told me I was lying about placing a order told me I placed it 5 mins ago yet I called And place my order 30 mins after I got there. Also told me when I paid that he just took order back no apology nothing I will never eat at this place again rude is not acceptable for customer service an to top it off my food was cold so why was I waiting anyway it sure wasn't fresh food"
