The Refinery is a brewpub that offers a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, grill plates, and grilled ducks, with mostly non-vegetarian options. However, they do have a vegetarian chili that is vegan, as well as a vegan burrito that are both delicious. The burrito is unique with a combination of rice, beans, quinoa, and grilled vegetables. We had dinner at The Refinery last night and we will not be returning. My mother-in-law owns her own restaurant and my husband is the executive chef. She ordered the salmon and when it was brought to the table, it had a strong fishy smell (which salmon should not have).
