"Food a little pricey. Ordered chicken and brisket. Chicken a little dry but was very good. Brisket was tender and moist. Comes with toasted bread slices which was perfect! Tables were neat and clean Plenty of utensils etc Staff friendly"

"In all honesty, I usually like McAlister. But this time, I went with my son, we ordered 2 BLT's, was a little soggy but I was hungry. I inhaled mine, but my son found a dead fly stuck to the bread on his last couple of bites ... was disgusting to say the least. "I've been sitting in los gavanes today for the recommendation of a Andrews-Lokal. I have eaten in some local restaurants now in andrews and I think los gavanes could just be the best. I ordered a grilled chicken tac and two al pastor gorditas. all I had was delicioso! I'll be back next time I'm in town. Go on gavanes is a must!"

"We live Out of town and my wife went by to pick up something for us to eat, the day before or two days before we tried to order pickles at the window and we're told they don't do it anymore. She went and was able to order pickles today and this is what we got. I understand that we don't have a huge knowledgeable workforce anymore and customer service doesn't really mean anything anymore to anybody but at least a good old college try would be nice to see. We are now questioning whether we should go back (this is instance #5 of this). On a side note the meat wasn't too bad. We were overcharged $2 the other day and I understand it could have possibly be an honest mistake but instead of requesting the $2 back we gave it as a tip to the one who messed up our order. A little bit of pride in a person's work would go a long way."

"The last time I went to Teriyaki Madness, I grew very impatient because I waited in line for 30 minutes because there were only 2 people working. One at the register and the one in the kitchen. Keep in mind, the line was NOT long. It was just myself and one other individual. I would not recommend unless you like your patience tested."
