Contribute Feedback What Neil Richardson likes about Starbucks:
Another chain but on JB Andrews and inside the Exchange so no drive through. It is also small and at times run out of stock days before restock. Customers service is good even when they are under pressure. Haven't had a bad drink or treat yet. Definitely worth using if you work on base! View all feedback.
What F Simp doesn't like about Starbucks:
Not the friendliest workers, but since it is one of two Starbucks that I know of on base, it's a quick convenience; however, I prefer the one in the hospital over this one because they provide top tier customer service and that's critical today. View all feedback.
The best coffee in the world! Best customer service! Great place!
Good people, fast service, my everyday coffee stop!
The staff here was very helpful and nice. The more experienced barista was DeWayne who made some great drink suggestions when I asked for advice on which refreshing drink (non-coffe) on the menu should I try. Love love love the frozen strawberry lemonade and the pineapple passion fruit refresher. Thanks again to DeWayne for being the GOAT today. ????????????
The staff here aren't the friendliest, but since it's one of only two Starbucks on base, it's a convenient option. However, I personally prefer the one located in the hospital because they offer excellent customer service, which is really important these days.
This is another chain located on JB Andrews, situated inside the Exchange, so there is no drive-through available. The space is small, and there have been times when they've run out of stock days before their next shipment. However, the customer service is quite good, even during busy times. I haven't had a bad drink or treat yet. It’s definitely worth visiting if you work on the base!
