this restaurant was recommended by a person who wein served to a tasting. we went to castel del monte and came here late lunch. the waiter brought us the house cup that was about 5 dishes. then a delicious mushroom and truffle...pasta we also had branzino. eating was high quality and very generous. good wine too. that was the best of our trip. "Among the many star restaurants I tried, this has the best service. Really congratulations to all the staff for kindness and extreme attention to the customer, in every detail. The menu is fabulous, abundant portions. If you make the 5-course menu, you almost struggle to get to the end. The variation of eggplant parmigiana is divine. I recommend to try cheeses (if you do it! , amazing selection. Bravi Dietary restrictions: Available to vary the menu according to your needs"

"If I have to start to explain our experience in this place I will take you too long. Give it a try, pizzas, tagliata di salumi and formaggi (selection of ita salami and chese) hamburgers, local bottled wines (ask for and advice) were all superb! It's a kind of bistro, not very formal, not a super casual place, good and balanced atmosphere, filled by nice people."
