The kitchen is very good, but the service too long between the dishes that arrive warm. Very disappointed with the final invoice: we were 13 out of 15 registered, 2 absences for health reasons. "A beautiful and exceptional setting. Turn the owner. The restaurant is more sober between the old and the modern, it is rather pleasant. The map is parked to promote authentic and fresh products. We tried the menu at 37€. A few small ovens. Then the plate of the three salmon, well but really too much. Too bad. The choice of duck magret, to the desired arrangement was a happiness. Excellent. Ice pineapple dessert is also very elaborate and excellent. All this accompanied by a glass of white Pouilly with a good invoice and a glass of Gigondas, good, but without character, aperitif and coffee bring you to a reasonable budget of 50€/p. So, I wouldn't go every day, but when the envy takes me from a restaurant with a traditional cuisine made from the beaten paths I will come back with pleasure all the time that the master of the hotel in your ear does everything to satisfy you."
