From dealing with grumpy waiting staff to the time when I bought a tres-leche desert to go and they didn 't even bother to place the lids on them before putting it in the box, making it spill all over my car seat. "Very good brunch and very crowded! It is too warm to eat outdoors so wait for indoor seating away from the door. Food is high quality and very tasty. Pricing is high for Caracas but fine on international standards. Can't go wrong here other than the wait!"
