This restaurant has a good atmophere and friendly staff. Several waiters speak english, which is rare for Anglet.The food was great - I ordered beef with truffel sauce, and it was very good.My sister ate a ravioli starter - which is just one large ravioli, but it's great.We also tried veal kidneys, which were very tasty!Lastly, the mille-feuille dessert was also very nice! The kitchen is always of quality (the ancients of the salt flower.) a mixture of Asian and well French tastes. I recommend the bobun revisited and the nems, extra. a somewhat surprising formula half way to the self and the restaurant.
