A humble and modest food joint reflecting the Ilocano nature of its owners, Balwarte made a special accommodation for our group’s lunch as they regularly opens at 2PM. Balwarte served us several plates of delectable chicken intestines ang gizzards, tender pork steaks, buffalo wings with three different spice level (nagmahal, nasaktan, and nagpatiwakal), and nachos.
