A very good address, quality dishes and a very correct bill! The open kitchen is very nice. We were well received and advised. The service was correct with it is true that there was a wait between courses, in my opinion due to some organizational issues from the servers who were not always very responsive. I would like to give it 3.5 as the wood fired pizza dough was great but the toppings could have a lot more imagination and better stuff. Angouleme is odd in its food. Lots of tough heavy peasant tastes and every restaurant has almost the same dishes.... or same It is a hard city to eat in..Lots of un but too much sameness and no real palate. ingredients..
