We've tried the C Bar four times and each time it seemed like we were unwelcome. During our last visit, we sat right next to the bar and were completely ignored while the bartender served others. We finally just left. The location is good if you happen to be touring the castle or staying at the hotel, but don't make a special trip up the hill.
