My son ordered the moules frites and when it arrived, it looked fine...until you got past the top layer of mussels and everything was still frozen. And when I mean frozen, I mean ice still clinging to the mussels (see photo). We pointed out to our server who I think may have been the owner that the mussels were frozen.
