Absolutely terrible. Booked King whirlpool suite for our anniversary on their website. Got to hotel to check in and told the rooms were already reserved!!!! I said no I have my confirmation number. The very nice front desk woman Tricia was powerless to make anything happen. This is completely unacceptable!!!! I have NEVER experienced such bs from a hotel. View all feedback. Had a great stay with Country Inn Suites by Radisson in Ankeny, IA. They were very accommodating to requests for late check-in, needing extra towels and late check out. I will definitely stay there again when visiting my daughter at Iowa State. It was only a 30 min drive and a much less expensive stay than in Ames. View all feedback.
