Pho 85 is always good. My wife and I love the Pho Tai and shrimp spring rolls. You actually have my wife's favorite spring roles. I'd say both are Top 3 for me. I tried her Vietnamese ice coffee today and it's phenomenal. The staff is also very friendly. View all feedback.
