What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
An employee at the restaurant argued with me about the type of egg in the sandwich, insisting that they were the same and not acknowledging that they didn't have access to confirm or deny if they were different. Always busy but the line moves quickly. The baristas are fast and friendly.
Soy drinkers beware. I don’t experience this problem every time but it seems to be growing in consistency that when I request soy milk for my $7 coffee I get chunks at the bottom. Personally if I was a barista I would not hand a customer chunky coffee. I would request that Starbucks change their brand of soy milk or do not pour out the entire container because obviously there are chunks settling in the bottom of your soy milk containers. This issue is driving me a little bit batty. Getting one of those chunks up your straw can ruin your day!!!!!
I've reviewed the Starbucks before and given a 5 star. I still love the coffee, the staff is always friendly, fast and accurate and a great place for coffee. I'm still going to come here. Giving a 4 star today because of their new online ordering process. I usually order online to avoid the line, but now they changed the online ordering procedure. Now after you place your order, you need to close the app, and open it again for your order to go through. I don't understand why a one step process that worked really well needed to be made a 2 step process? When I got to the store and saw the sign indicating I needed to open the app again for it to go through, I didn't see anything on my screen that was different or that it was then sent. The online procedure looked the same, just needed to open and close again. I don't see an advantage for anyone with this new way of ordering.
I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but in the last two months, the white chocolate drink has cost around $6 for a cup of milk.

It's important to train your employees better so they can provide better customer service. I ended up going to another Starbucks without any issues. The location on N. Ankeny Blvd in Ankeny did not meet my expectations.
