"No fries again for carry-out order! I ordered a cowboy burger combo with onion rings, paid about 20 bulks with tips. When I got back to office and opened the box, I found there were only a burger and onion rings inside. I did told the front desk I want fries and onion rings both. Also as I ordered burger combo it should come with fries and pickles as advertised. I did pay for both. But obviously there is no fries. This happened once about one year ago when I ordered for my wife. The food there is always good but I don't like this missing fries keep happening. The photo shows what I got when I opened the box. Update on 2/23/2022 The general manager Jordan reached out to me and helped address the problem. I appreciate HopCat is listening to customers' problem and willing to improve. Adding another 3 stars for their positive attitude and solution."

"After I asked the workers to make a extra creamy milkshake I heard alot of grunting at first, but then it all went silent then they emerged with a milkshake dripping with droplets of milk and more ; The taste was immaculate, quite sour but some sweet. It was extra THICK but had some runny parts 10/10 service from them unforgettable."

"Absolutely love this brewery, been to several locations. I think Ann Arbors is one of the most fun. Two story with great décor. Awesome beer of course, but you must try the truffle fries 10/10 and I also tried their truffle pizza amazing 10/10. Goodservice and fun atmosphere."

"I drive over an hour away once in the week to get Moe’s because I love it so much, and eat it and the staff at this place never disappointed! the workers are very friendly and accommodating every time I come in, really make the experience worth while. Not to mention their queen is amazing! nothing but good thing to say, I will continue my moes roadtrips until a place closer to me opens up"

"I love this shop! I've only been to the one in Grand Rapids once or twice but it's an enchanting space! I had the cafe miel ? . It was quite sweet but tasty. The coffee was good and my drink was well made. I normally go to their little outpost in East Lansing. I love their selection and the quality seems excellent to me! And I've had macarons in Paris this place is legit. My favorite is cassis but I've liked everything I've tried so far. The texture is wonderful and the flavors are well developed. Plus, they look beautiful. I'm honestly just so glad this place exists because I'm a rubbish baker so I'm glad to be able to get delicious macarons so close to home, without having to have them shipped or destroy my kitchen."

"Great food, friendly service and quaint atmosphere. It's not the cheapest of places to eat, but well worth it. You could have a large group there comfortably. It's an icon in the town, and should be tried. They offer a crust style for everyone. The sauce is great and they top it with plenty of cheese."
