This restaurant loses a star due to lack of transparency regarding cost. My biggest concern with this restaurant is that their prices are not transparent when customizing a bowl. The bowls are marketed at around $11, but you have to pay extra for your base like rice, and then pay again separately for the protein and other toppings.
