We reserved a table online, when we got there they told us they dont reserve tables. In any case, the guy that a large group would be coming so we moved some tables which was ok because it was fairly quiet. But the service was terrible, we waited over 1.5 hrs for our food, some of us didnt even receive our food at all. When it was time for the Bills to be handed out 99% of it was wrong. They apparently don’t use the Open Table reservation system. Fortunately there was an open table available during the Super Bowl and they could accommodate us....

"Every time I?m been here, the baristas/cashiers have been very socially awkward. I should not have to guess whether or not it?s my turn because the cashier just stares at me. I?m never met with pleasantries or told my total, the cashier just walks away.The atmosphere is alright but there?s a lot to be improved from the perspective of someone who works in customer service. Also Ithink it?s ridiculous that I paid $5 for a regular cup of tea when I could just buy a box for about that price."

"Tucked away on the edge of downtown, but I come pretty often because they have the best ice cream in town. They have so many flavors and some that are rotating. I recommend getting the flight to try 4 different flavors. There's some seating areas to come with a group of friends."
