We greatly enjoyed our meals at Carson's. Went in July 2020 and all employees were wearing masks and social distancing guidelines were adhered to.

"The vegan maki menu is just the best. This isn’t just your standard cucumber roll. This is gourmet vegan sushi and it’s what dreams are made of!! It’s a bit pricey the way sushi can be but I recommend going for vegan sushi night (1/2 off vegan maki rolls) or during their all you can eat sushi hours and bring your appetite!"
