"In town for the artfest. We sat on the patio here to enjoy lunch. The rain hit hard quick. We quickly finished our food, paid the tab needed to use the bathroom before leaving. I walk inside to be SCREAMED at by the bartender . “YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED IN HERE WITH YOUR DRINKS FROM OUR PATIO!!!” I was humiliated embarrassed while escaping the downpour. I tried to explain he wasn’t hearing me and made sure everyone heard it across the room. I will never return to this establishment it’s sad since we drive hours to come to Ann Arbor every year for the festival. Sorry I used you bathroom after paying a over $100 to sit on your precious patio. Someone who won’t use your bathroom after eating here I’m sure will come along."

"Called last call only 3 hours in their business hours, 2.5 hours before closing, based on their listed September hours on their website. It was a very nice Monday evening, no weather, but when I asked why, I was told that they closed early because of the weather. I was there for probably 30 minutes, many of the tables were occupied, so there was still a decent crowd and they turned several groups of people after announcement of the last call. I like Bills and never had any problems with this business, but it is extremely frustrating that they would close so early before their listed hours. Our group took our business elsewhere."
