"No fries again for carry-out order! I ordered a cowboy burger combo with onion rings, paid about 20 bulks with tips. When I got back to office and opened the box, I found there were only a burger and onion rings inside. I did told the front desk I want fries and onion rings both. Also as I ordered burger combo it should come with fries and pickles as advertised. I did pay for both. But obviously there is no fries. This happened once about one year ago when I ordered for my wife. The food there is always good but I don't like this missing fries keep happening. The photo shows what I got when I opened the box. Update on 2/23/2022 The general manager Jordan reached out to me and helped address the problem. I appreciate HopCat is listening to customers' problem and willing to improve. Adding another 3 stars for their positive attitude and solution."

"After I asked the workers to make a extra creamy milkshake I heard alot of grunting at first, but then it all went silent then they emerged with a milkshake dripping with droplets of milk and more ; The taste was immaculate, quite sour but some sweet. It was extra THICK but had some runny parts 10/10 service from them unforgettable."

"Called last call only 3 hours in their business hours, 2.5 hours before closing, based on their listed September hours on their website. It was a very nice Monday evening, no weather, but when I asked why, I was told that they closed early because of the weather. I was there for probably 30 minutes, many of the tables were occupied, so there was still a decent crowd and they turned several groups of people after announcement of the last call. I like Bills and never had any problems with this business, but it is extremely frustrating that they would close so early before their listed hours. Our group took our business elsewhere."

"Their website suggested reservations and so we made them ... they were completely unnecessary. The restaurant wasn't really crowded, but they put us at a table near and extremely large party which meant we waited 10 15 minutes to have a server come over and take our drink order.I'm not sure if this is a post-pandemic thing or not but menus aren't provided, a broken tablet was shared, but for quicker service, it was suggested that we use our cell phones and scan the qr-code to see the menu and place our order. Admittedly, I am a little Tech challenged so needed help accessing their menu which was annoying. All ended well with an attentive server who got us a working tablet, a delish Chicago-style deep dish pizza and a shared hot fudge sundae.We will definately return for a taste of Chicago in Ann Arbor!"

"COREY! Thank you. I hope I've blown your name right! Thank you for your wonderful service man! I appreciate you! The food was moist! Atmosphere was top notch! Beer was AWESOME! I would recommend this place to everyone! Some of my families are at the Blind Pig in town tonight. We're eating here! It's good that we did this, because everything else was full! You were so happy to have us. I have a pizza with my mother and it was so good. It was the garlic clove and the cheese on it was WILD. My brother in law got the Walleye, sister got the buttermilk chicken, and her boyfriend got the Tree Town Cob! 10 of 10! Thank you for the wonderful food and service!!"
