as others have noticed, plum is expensive and not very practical for daily shopping. However, they have a great selection of specialties vegan products that they find nowhere in a2 like oatly and van leeuwen eis, tons of gardein products (pizza bags,) a wide miyoko selection (including cream cheese and cheese spreads,) chocolate and sweets (the taza chocolate covered are amazing. like adult erdnuss ms,) tons of gt ko... What User doesn't like about Plum Market:
there is a good choice of food. they can sort all health food stores (e.g. newman’s own everything) and also get the more frequent supermarket variant (e.g. diet coke). unfortunately everything is more expensive than elsewhere. my favorite ice cream is $1.50 more per pint than at the coop (which is $0.50 more expensive than at whole foods.) the hot bar is really delicious, but also very expensive. My first time visiting so impressed with beer wine selection, but even more excited about the fresh food! Beyond groceries a hot/cold bar, delicious sandwiches, sushi... And the fresh squeezed ginger lemonade was so very good. I will be lunching here regularly.
Reasonable prices when shopping for staples. If you are looking for the exceptional they are the best place to go. They also respond well to a crisis.
I wondered about the heat level of some beautiful big red chili peppers. A service employee said, 'Well, let 's find out, and he bit the end off of one, and said he 'd keep it for his lunch. ' He pronounced it 'very sweet, and not hot at all '.. I bought two for color in my summer bean marinated salad.
Consistently excellent. Really enjoy the international brands that they carry along with freshly prepared meals.
I love this store. More than I can usually afford so it is a treat when I come here. They have a variety of different foods I can try. An epicurean's delight with the food and drink offerings. They do have other products like aromatherapy and organic items.
