If you like road side biker bars, this is a 4 out of 5. If you don't, it's probably not a place for you. Keep driving to Celina for Tenders smoke house. Good place if you like small towns, short drives through Texas country side, and bottled beer with burgers. They have a salad option, grilled cheese, chicken tenders and burgers. All bottled beer, no draft. I get it from ease of service point if view, but it would be... View all feedback.
What Barbi B doesn't like about Big Slick's Grill:
We went up on a Saturday night, thinking that this fun looking building would be a fun place to go on our bike...... not. There were 3 other motorcyles outside. The photo of the fire pit is INSIDE. There was one woman throwing up in a trashcan, a dancing drunk that fell into my chair, a wild mix of music playing in the background, and that was the entertainment for the evening. All bottled beer, no draft. I get it from ease of service point if view, but it would be nice to get one local craft beer on tap. Service is friendly, but the kitchen is a bit slow.20 minute wait for a burger. Burger was your typical LTPO burger. Unfortunately it was well done beef so it was not that juicy.
This hidden place is quite off the beaten path. It's an interesting building, friendly bartenders and patrons. I had an awesome burger here, with hand cut fries. This place has personality. As we sat near the fire pit, several friendly local dogs that everyone knows by name trotted in to say hi and see if they could score a treat. This place is worth the drive.
Great hamburgers and tots. Actually all of the food is great. Good cold beer. Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00 p.m. with Danny. Pool tables. Don't let the fact that it's called a biker bar scare you off. Very friendly crowd.

We saw a burger and nachos go by.... chose to pass. the glasses our drinks came in were clean. The women's bathroom door had been kicked in one point, which now leaves a huge peephole around the door lock. After a drink, we decided to go. This place could do sooooo much better with itself.
My husband rode his motorcycle here last weekend. He said the drive on fm 455 was so nice, and the food here was good. Well, today we drove our car here. It was a great ride. Big Slick 's is in Westminster. A very small town near Anna. It 's a dive biker bar with great food. The menu is very limited, but the food is good. I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries for $8. It was so fresh and delicious. The fries are homemade thin fries. I love thin fries. My husband had a blt with onion rings for $7. He said the bacon was cooked perfect, and the onion rings were thick cut and delicious. The service was good, the waitress was nice, the price was right. Oh, also this property is a unique piece of 'Americana ' and consists of three contiguous buildings originally built in the late nineteenth century. One of the three building was a bank in the 1930 's that Bonnie and Clyde allegedly robbed.
